BF-104 is a cast iron bed rail fastener. 

Post anchor is 5 3/8" high by 1 3/16" wide.  Rail hook is 3 1/16" high by 1 7/8" wide. 

Sold only in sets of four which is enough to do one complete bed. Screws not included.
